Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 ("Personal Data Protection Code"), the Cercatori di Semi' Cultural Association processes the data you provide in compliance with applicable legislation and as set out below.

The personal data you provide is collected in compliance with the obligations and guarantees of legal, contractual, and regulatory provisions. Data is processed on paper and/or electronically, including with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (for mailing and for purposes related to the provision of services and the management of online product purchase orders), according to procedures strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a manner that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.

In any case, your personal data will not be sold and/or communicated, except to delegated third parties (postal companies).

As the interested party, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you have the right at any time to obtain from the Data Controller: confirmation of the existence of your data and communication of such data; updating, rectification, integration, deletion, or transformation; and blocking of data processed in violation of the law. You may also object to the processing of your data.
