Dill (Anethum graveolens)

Dill (Anethum graveolens): annual plant that holds intense fragrance, its taste is mix between anise and parsley. Practically all parts of the plant are used, the leaves to provide taste to sauces and raw preparations, the seeds traditionally used for pickles or dressings. It is grown like parsley, it is annual and fast growing, it does well even in pots.
