Yamato Cucumber Extra Long (Cucumis sativus)

Yamato Extra Long Cucumber (Cucumis sativus): A traditional variety from the historic Yamato region, now known as Nara Prefecture, Japan. Among the finest of its kind for its sweetness, crisp flesh, and thin skin. It's best harvested at up to 60 centimeters in length and 6 centimeters in diameter. Particularly resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, it will give you great satisfaction, and the plant is very productive. As always, Japan offers us pearls of flavor.
