Climbing Green Bean (P. Vulgaris)
Climbing string bean (P. Vulgaris): A stringless climbing bean , the pod is eaten when immature. It's not a particularly old variety, but it's easily propagated. We've received a lot of requests for "green beans," so we've decided to distribute the ones we grow for our own consumption. This one in particular is very productive; the plant reaches up to 4 meters tall, a monster that will fill with countless pods. Its only drawback is that it requires adequate support for the plant's weight and vigor. Harvest frequently to increase production. To propagate the seeds, let the pods ripen and dry at the end of cultivation, then remove them (shell them) and store them in the refrigerator for the following year.
