FINE STAGIONE
Goat's Eye Bean (P. vulgaris): from the desert of Chihuahua, a climbing bean with low water requirements, moderate vigor, and a particularly hardy character. This variety is photodependent and will begin flowering in September, so it can be successfully grown outdoors only in central and southern Italy. Sow in late July, but not earlier to avoid overly developed areas affecting production. We transplant them after removing the tomatoes and using the same support. From the beginning of the September rains, they do not require irrigation. A rarity for enthusiasts.
