Sunflower Chocolate Cherry (Helianthus annuus)

Chocolate Cherry Sunflower (Helianthus annuus): Among the most decorative flowers for your vegetable garden. The dense, long outer petals are a blood-red verging on black, and when the sun shines through them, they are beautiful.
The plant reaches up to 1.80 metres in height and is highly melliferous: it is not uncommon to find sleeping bumblebees drunk on nectar.
