Indian Moon (L. Lycopersicum)

Indian Moon Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum) : An ancient variety from the Navajo people. This delicious medium-sized tomato (150-250 g) has firm flesh and a sweet, full-bodied flavor, very low acidity, and a significant carotene content. Good yields. Its growth habit is indeterminate and ripens in 75 days. It requires little water, does not like the cold, and is suited to hot climates but prefers full sun. Resistant to blossom-end rot. A true gift from the Navajo Native American people.
