Jalapeño Yellow (Capsicum annuum)

Yellow Jalapeño (Capsicum annuum): Unlike the Purple, the yellow variety is not very different from the classic Jalapeño that made this variety famous: a very productive plant, with regularly shaped fruits, 7-8 cm long and 3 cm in diameter. When ripe, they turn a beautiful, deep yellow, without any hues, and are particularly ornamental. Its flavor and spiciness are the same as the classic green: rich in nuances, the former intense, and the latter around 5,000 SHU. It is not too demanding on temperatures during the vegetative stage (it tolerates even sudden drops, as long as they are brief), and like all chili peppers, it is demanding on germination.
