  • Kekkiu Takana (Brassica juncea var. rugosa): rare, delicious ancient mustard from Japan. The peculiarity is its "head". Just like Italians cabbages, it develops a "head" but with a spicy, tasty flavour. Extremely resistant to the cold, very early,  55 days for harvest. It does not fear the cold but does not tolerate the heat, for early spring sowing the HARVEST should be ANTICIPATED if there are days over 24°. It can be consumed raw, or boiled, even fermented. For those who want a varied vegetable garden, for those who produce for the food business.
