Casper Eggplant (Solanum melongena): We chose this particular eggplant because, among the species, it is the most suited to cold climates.
An early variety, it ripens 65 days after transplanting. The plant is small but highly productive, reaching 60 cm in height with little soil requirement. The fruits, up to 20 cm long, have white skin and pulp, are devoid of bitterness and have a pleasantly surprising earthy aroma.
It is suitable for all Italian climates, excellent for both beginners and those approaching new agricultural techniques, here they will in fact see the errors of inexperience "forgiven".
Particularly suitable for beds and difficult growing situations.
