Lemon Balm (melissa officinalis)

Lemon Balm (melissa officinalis): although not particularly rare, this plant is important in vegetable gardens. Aromatic and medicinal, it has a pleasant scent and a citrus taste, its fresh leaves are consumed in mixed salads or herbal teas. To be sown in spring, partial shade, it needs regular irrigation for the aerial part to to develop better and allow for an abundant harvest. The plant is very rustic it does not need any special care.
