  • Korean Mint (Agastache rugosa): A beautiful, easy-to-grow aromatic plant with a long, blue bloom that attracts bees and pollinators. The leaves have a pleasant mint-anise scent, much loved by chefs. It requires no pre-fertilization and adapts to various soil types; just avoid waterlogging. A perennial plant where there are light frosts, it tends to reduce its aerial parts in winter, only to re-emerge when warmer weather arrives. Keep this in mind when planting. Excellent for flowerbeds and perennial borders.
