Filus Blue chili pepper (Capsicum annuum): from Mexico a chili pepper with a beautiful deep purple color. The berries have a flavor similar to pepper with a spiciness of 40,000-50,000 Shu, a third of the Calabrese Diavolicchio but still not too mild, a pleasant, pungent flavor that doesn't linger. The dark green leaves veined with purple, the numerous white and pink flowers followed by numerous berries, ranging in color from dark purple to red when ripe, make it an extremely ornamental ecotype, which is also suitable for culinary use. The plant grows into a small bush and is also well suited to pots.
