Jalapeño chili pepper for chipotle (Capsicum annuum): The jalapeño varieties found in Europe have now adapted to our tastes; we expect a pronounced spiciness, large size, and a fairly neutral flavor. This cultivar, directly from Mexico, was selected for the chipotle (sometimes called chilpotle), the dried and lightly smoked chili pepper used to make the fabulous chipotle sauce, all according to the canons of traditional Mexican cuisine. Therefore, the berries are mildly spicy, tending toward sweet, with a strong peppery note and an incredible aroma.
In the garden you will have few problems and a massive production in just over two months from transplanting.
