Canary Bell Pepper (Capsicum annuum)
FINE STAGIONE
Canary Bell pepper (Capsicum annuum): or "Canary Yellow," an excellent cultivar with medium-sized fruits and thick flesh, of excellent flavor: sweet and fragrant, delicious raw, and exceptional grilled. The plant grows to 60 cm tall and produces abundant, long-lasting fruits, characteristics that make this variety an excellent choice for growing in pots or containers. For consumption, harvest frequently as soon as they turn yellow from green to avoid weighing down the plant and stimulate production. To get the seeds, wait until the color darkens slightly and turns orange (as shown in the photo). The plant is also ornamental thanks to the bright color of the berries that grow in large numbers on the small plant.
One of our favorite peppers, in fact we ate almost all of them and were left with very few seeds, so hurry.
