Corbaci pepper (Capsicum annuum L.): from Turkey an extraordinary, early and very productive cultivar (probably the most productive among the annuums) it produces many long and fine berries that reach 25 cm in length and about 1 cm in diameter. Scarlet red, it is reminiscent of the hottest chili peppers, it is actually sweet and fragrant and it allows for many recipes: it can be dried and turn into powder for a fragrant and tasty spice, or sautéd in a pan, where the particular shape provides unexpected textures. In addition, the practically imperceptible skin makes it easily digestible. For those who want an extra touch, you can proceed with a light smoking after drying, the intense scent will be even more exalted, exceptional for seasoning meat.
Ready in about 80 days from the transplant. It can also be grown in pots, where it is extraordinarily decorative.
