Azoychka tomato (L. lycopersicum): a stunning heirloom variety from Russia, a productive plant with exceptional fruit: the berries easily exceed half a kilogram, with a beautiful yellow-orange color and firm, sweet, and juicy flesh, typical of beefsteak tomatoes, of which this is a prime example. Versatile in the kitchen, it can be used raw or grilled, even breaded and fried. In the field, the plant is hardy, resistant to plant diseases, and loves cooler temperatures, producing best toward the end of the season. Its indeterminate growth habit is ready in 70 days from transplanting. This variety is also and especially suited to cooler climates or late planting.
