  • Bosque Blue Tomato  (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): a beautiful blue coloured indigo variety, of sweet taste and rich in antochyanins . It is imilar to the famous blueberry but bigger and less acid. If cultivated in full sun exposure its dark colour and low acidity are guaranteed. Quite productive,  easy to cultivate, and can be consumed mature, when it gets a red colouring, either raw or cooked. Its uniform colour makes it highly ornamental even on the dish. It keeps well after harvest, the plant is resistant to phitopagoloties, the berry does not suffer from appical despit of its big size (80 gr) this quality renders it particularly fit for pot cultivation  and where there is irrigation scarcity. Thanks to its good tolerance to low temperatures sowing can be anticipated so it can be transplanted  early in order to take advantage of spring rains, and cultivate it with dry farming techniques.
