  • German Strawberry Tomato (L. lycopersicum): This ancient German tomato is exceptionally cold-hardy. The first to bear fruit and the last to succumb to winter. This tomato has very few seeds and a bold flavor. Its beefsteak shape is reminiscent of a strawberry, hence its name. Indeterminate and highly productive, its berries weigh up to 500 grams, but average around half that. Growers fall in love with it.
