Details
Gold Berries Tomato (L. lycopersicum): Variation of the famous Blue Berries, this yellow and blue cherry tomato will give you a lot of satisfaction. Like all indigo (blue) tomatoes, it tolerates full sun well, which actually helps the development of anthocyanins in the berry, making the color more intense. Compared to Blueberries, the flavor is sweeter but less complex, but both are full of flavonoids, the antioxidants responsible for the color, which are both delicious and healthy. This very productive plant is indeterminate and will give you the first fruits a month and a half after transplanting. In the kitchen, it lends itself to many uses: it's amazing raw, but also in sauces, perhaps adding a few chopped and lightly seared in the pan. A tomato like this should be a must-have in any garden.
