Hazel Mae Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): this beautiful beefsteak is very colourful. The fruits reaches up to 1 kg, acidity and sweetness are well balanced, of exotic taste and meaty texture it was registered as an heirloom (ancient) variety in the US lists since 1997.
The plant has indeterminate bearing, and needs resistant support because of its numerous fruits, harvest will be ready in 85 days. It enjoys good fertilization and trimming -cutting axillary shoots- frequently.
In order to increase the size and taste, it is recomended to thin out the fruits.
