Lemon Tree Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum)
Lemon Tree Tomato (Lycopersicon lycopersicum): an ancient tomato variety reminiscent of a lemon, both in color—a beautiful bright yellow—and shape. Furthermore, it's quite acidic on the palate, with almost no hint of sweetness, even more reminiscent of citrus. It's still a popular choice, especially raw, in salads or sandwiches, to liven up the dish a bit.
The plant is rustic, very productive, the berries keep well after harvesting, due to its particular flavour we recommend it, not only for home-grown produce, but also for restaurateurs who will certainly know how to make use of its flavour and particular appearance.
Indeterminate, it is ready in 80 days from transplant.
