Tiny Hedou Bok Choy (B. rapa var. chinensis): beautiful miniature bok choy (which already means "little vegetable"). The stem is very white, the leaves are green and very tender. The whole plant reaches a few centimetres in height. It is said to be a variety of Taiwan that was stolen at night and then became famous all over the world: it is loved in high-end restaurants from China to the USA. It grows very fast, sprouts in a handful of days, but suffers the frost. It is
 perfect for pots.
