Just hearing the name brings to mind the aromas of the traditional dishes that turnip greens, also known as broccoli, provide. Unfortunately, sourcing the most authentic varieties is difficult, so we stick to two of the most well-known varieties: Cime di Rapa di Fasano and Friariello Napoletano. We hope to soon be able to distribute seeds of Chiacchetegli, a typical variety of southern Lazio, an exceptional variety at serious risk of extinction.
